Itinerary

Day 01 Manila/Iloilo Board morning flight from Manila to Iloilo. Immediate transfer to hotel for accommodations. In the afternoon, start the culinary discovery of Iloilo. Proceed to Molo Church, an all-female saints church constructed in 1831. Walking tour of Molo heritage houses and end up at Panaderia de Molo for cooking demo on century- old biscuits and “ Pancit Molo ” noodles. Taste the “ La Paz Bachoy “ at Deco’s Original La Paz Batchoy. Visit of Museo de Iloilo. Tour ends with dinner at Mang Inasal Restaurant. (Lunch)

Day 02 Iloilo Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Jaro District where old colonial houses of sugar barons and Hispano-Filipino houses of the elite still stand. Visit Jaro Cathedral. Running tour of Jaro then proceed to Biscocho House for demo on butterscotch and “ biscocho “ making. Tour proceeds to Pavia for bromeliads collection. Baye-Baye (rice cake), an Ilongo delicacy food demo. Visit oldest golf course in the Philippines, the Iloilo Golf and Country Club at Sta Barbara, Iloilo. Lunch in a local restaurant. The tour ends in Miag-ao town with visit to one of the Philippines World Heritage Site, the Sto. Thomas of Villanova Parish ( Miag-ao Church). Return to Iloilo City with possible visit to “ Hablon ” weavers. (Breakfast, Lunch, snacks)                                                                                                                                                             Day 03 Iloilo/Manila Buffet breakfast at the hotel/resort. Free for shopping until transfer to Iloilo Airport to take flight to Manila. (Breakfast)
