Several complaints/reports have been received by the Department of Tourism (DOT) regarding tours and/or travel bookings made on the internet through on-line booking websites for non-delivery of service or unethical business operations.

 

This is to remind the public to be more cautious and conscientious in transacting business with these type of operators.  Before booking or purchasing any tour or travel services  on-line, please check if the agent/operator is DOT-accredited.  A list of DOT-accredited enterprises is available at

This is to remind the public to be more cautious and conscientious in transacting business with Ensemble e-Travel Philippines.

 

The Department of Tourism (DOT) has received a vast number of complaints/reports against the said operator for the non-fulfilment of its obligation on the travel packages it offered to the public through on-line shopping.

 

Ensemble e-Travel Philippines has DTI Certificate Registration Number 0099597 and offices at 47 T. Padilla Street, Cebu City and Aragon Street, Singalong, Malate, Manila.
